Daren Watkins is the owner and bartender of the gangs favorite watering hole.  Prior to owning the bar, he was a grade school teacher, which he sometimes finds similar to running the bar.  He has in turn become the den mother to Monica and friends.  He also has a knack for saying just the right thing and exactly what someone needs to hear, even if they're not sure they want to hear it. Daren also has a phobia of bananas which stops him from ever letting "Fermented Banana" perform at his bar.
